At Terry's Gym we recommend that a fitness program of activity that combines cardio-respiratory exercise along with strength training and stretching for improved flexibility; begin all in moderation. You should slowly increase resistance, intensity and duration of exercise up to a minimum of 30 minutes at least three times a week in order to maintain any level of fitness. We help you get started and upgrade your fitness program as you progress.


About Terry Fultz


Terry graduated from Western Washington University with a B.A. degree in Physical Education. This former school teacher began his competitive bodybuilding career in 1983 and has 42 titles including Mr. Oregon 1986, Masters Mr. Oregon (over 40), and Grand Masters Mr. Oregon (over 50) in 2005.

He owns and operates Terry's Gym and his own nutrition center. Terry has also received a lifetime achievement award from The National Physique Committee in 2006.

Terry is also the author of three books; Friday Night Fries, Supplemental Symphony, and
